non non, garvek, chaque état n'y a pas mis de listings et cie...
C'est ça le pire.
Y'a des cas qui son envisagés, c'est vrai, mais tous n'y sont pas.
De toutes façons, ce traité constitutionnel, c'est la pire horreur qui soit arrivée à l'europe...
Vous imaginez, vous, une "constitution" qui prône les droits de l'homme sur 5-10 pages (reprise de la déclaration française en aérée, avec quelques modifs et ajouts), et les devoirs des hommes sur 372 pages?
Et je parle pas des addendums etc...
