XXiemeciel accepte volontiers le rafraichissement du Maire ( un simple jus de fruit sans alcool )

Bonjour Monsieur le Maire, Ravie de vous rencontrer.

La raison de ma venue est simple, moi et mes partenaires voulons vous présenter un projet d'urbanisation et de tourisme pour la ville.

Armelle sort les documents et les montre au Maire.

Nous projetons de reconstruire l'hôtel des bas fonds qui a brulé en tant qu'hotel-casino. La propriétaire a accepté de signer les documents d'investissement et de contrat de partenariat avec nous.

Bien sure, nous devons avoir les autorisations de la Mairie maintenant pour légalement lancer le projet.

Laissez moi vous montrer tout les bénéfices que cela apporterait a la ville.

1 - Création de nombreux emplois, moi et mes partenaires seront les gestionnaires et nous allons pouvoir offrir un bonne dizaine d'emploi.

2 - Une ouverture très importante vers le tourisme, une affluence de personne viendront a Immac pour visiter le casino, et dépenser de l'argent en centre ville, cela sera bon pour l'économie et créera surement d'autres emplois.

3 - Des rentrées d'argent significatif pour la ville, comme tout casino et commerce, nous seront taxé par la ville et cela renflouera grandement les caisse de la Mairie pour améliorer la voirie par exemple ou renforcer la présence policière en ville.

De plus, Prévention Santé Immac nous a fournis des documents et des marches a suivre pour éviter les cas de personnes dépendantes au jeu, et ils s'engagent a prendre en charge les éventuels cas que nous aurons.

Armelle montre tout les documents originaux au Maire avec les signature, tout semble en règle.

Alors que pensez vous de ce projet Monsieur le Maire ?
